Composer Engineering Tools are based on the Microsoft Windows NT operating system. Using off the shelf PC hardware, Composer utilizes the most current technologies with an open communication environment. Composer continues to provide the functionality of the previous generation of engineering tools (EWS/Win Tools) but offers a true server/client relationship.
